I believe the Oil of FAVOR has an Anointing on it due to where it comes from. It comes from a Very Anointed ministry and I believe that has much to do with a person receiving from it. I LOVE that about it and I'll keep believing that when I anoint someone that GOD answers my believing plus the anointing oil.
